Archaeological landscape survey

Landscape survey is a non-intrusive way of investigating, analysing and recording surviving vestiges of the historic environment. Surveys are a practical ground based method of quantifying the location, frequency and significance of historic/archaeological sites occuring within the footprint of a proposed rural development.

The survey section of our company routinely undertake substantive landscape surveys in a variety of environments in order to provide client advice on the implications for any proposed large scale commercial development. We employ current digital technologies for all data collection and can provide these in specific formats per client request.
